Moody Gardens is a lush jungle of beautiful landscaping. In addition to the pyramids there is a hotel, a convention center, a sandy swimming beach called Palm Beach, freshwater lagoons,, a paddle wheel cruise boat named The Colonel, a research clinic, a Viet Nam War Memorial, a 3-D Imax Theater, A motion simulator ride and the red jogging trail you see here. |

A closer look at the Rain Forest Pyramid. This pyramid is about 10 stories high. Inside are rainforest animals like ocelots and two-toed sloths. And bat caves. To make the jungle even more realistic there are waterfalls, huge trees and uncaged butterflies. |
